ahhh!! it's 300 days til June 2nd!! Smile

everyday, it's getting more exciting, folks! This week, we're FINALLY signing the contract with a venue! yay! And August 21st, I have my dress appointment and August 23 I have an appointment with a DJ that I won $200 off at the bridal expo! Smile And, we're going to be finding a place to move this month! August is exhausting and exciting!

What are you looking forward to accomplishing in August?

    I am hoping to book my make up artist/hair lady.  I have one I am interested in but contact has been interesting (we spoke on the phone but got rudely interupted by mother nature lol, bad thunderstorm cut us off lol).  So I am waiting for another call back.  She said she is available but sounded like she will be booking up very fast.  She says she will probably fill up most of the first half of next year this time next month (SO DON"T DELAY LADIES!  I actually didn't realize this until a friend who was recently married said she surprisingly had trouble finding available make and hair).

    I am also just starting a whole host of DIY projects and hope to finish gathering supplies.  I have 20 tables and Ive acquired 15 of this, 13 of that, 12 of this so I need to get all those numbers up to 20.  The first project I have going is my table numbers, and after that I will be chalk boarding a bunch of stuff (escort card tags and a few picture frames and log slabs as signs).  I think that will easily get me through August.  Then I will probably be on a hiatus from wedding planning until mid October because I have a big conference in early October to prepare for for school.

    Im at 306, and in two days I will be at 10 months out... crazy!

    Congrats! I hope to book the officiant and the bakery by the end of August, and also to order Save-the-Dates so we can start sending them out soon.

    I'm at 306 today. I'm excited to accomplish things in August. I'm going back to school on the 14th so I'm only here for another week, but I'll be back with 2 of my BM's. My mom has been working on flowers and has been doing an AMAZING job. We're still waiting to hear from our wedding coordinator with a quote and some details on the wedding and should hear back within a few weeks. I'm also (as most of you know) on the BM dress hunt. We're just slowly making progress on what we can get done.

    And we turned our guest room into a wedding room so that makes me happy. :)

    In August, i hope to figure out my flower arrangments and start some DIY projects! I just moved in with my FI on August 1st so its been a busy month already!

    I'm hoping to book the bakery, DJ and also hair and make up this month and figure out most of my DIY projects (pomanders, centerpieces, etc). I start school in less than a month and need to get going on everything!
