Our house situations are very similar.  I have been lowering the house but if I would have accepted this offer I would have had to bring a lot of money to the table, something which I couldn't do.  I am willing to bring some but I can only borrow so much.  I don't want to short sale and I don't think the bank would let me because I am never late or anything.You mentioned previously about you having a thyroid condition and it effecting your hair.  I was just curious if you would tell me more about it.  I have similar issues.

    Yes, we are in the same boat as you with my house but we are in better shape with Jason's, as he has equity and I don't really due to this crazy market. Hang in there. Once you get one sold,  you can always rent the other one. That's probably what we're going to have to do. Yes, I have a hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid). The hair loss really sucks along with a few of the other conditions. What's worse is that I found a medicine that seemed to be working for me and it's been on backorder now for months! I ran out yesterday and had to start taking a different med (one that I already tried before and it doesn't work). I was really hoping I could track down a few more of the "good pills" to last me through the wedding but no such luck :( Do you have an underactive or overactive thyroid? Or do you have hair loss and are trying to figure out what going on?

    I am not sure about my thyroid I have been told to check it out but I haven't yet.  I really need to get it done.  My hair seems to fall out a lot and a few of my drs have said I should get it checked out.

    Oh, have you noticed any sudden, unintentional weight gain or loss? Both are indicators of a thyroid condition.

    I did but I was on a medication which was common for that so it may not be.  Everything else checks out though.  I should just get it checked out.

    I hope everything works out for you and you don't have any problem with your medication.  Backorder for medication sounds crazy.
