So....long story short, I finally figured out how to make my own table numbers with pictures of our pooch.
However, we are doing a donation instead of favors. There will be bookmarks for the guests that says thanks, yadda yadda yadda. What I need help with is explaining the meaning behind it. We're going to secure this to the back of the table numbers so one side is the pooch and the other is explaining what the organization is all about. This is what I have so far, but I don't feel like the second paragraph sounds right. I'll take whatever advice or suggestions you girls have. Thanks so much... Since 1930, over 8,900 deserving young caddies have earned their college degrees through Evans Scholarships. Today, 865 caddies are attending college as Evans Scholars. The Evans Scholarship was founded by golf great Charles “Chick” Evans Jr. (1890-1979). "Patrick and Kristen were both Evans Scholarship recipients. Patrick chose Ohio State University and Kristen chose Purdue University. The two met during a Big Ten football game in November of 2004. The couple has chosen this foundation as a way to give back to the program that has helped to guide their paths in life and brought them together".
