Florist/Baker recs near Gloucester/Yorktown?

Hey there, does anyone have any recommendations for florists and/or wedding cake bakers near Gloucester/Yorktown?

    Yorktown Flower Shoppe (On 17 heading towards Gloucester, it is about 1-2 miles past Wolf Trap Road)

    Yorktown Flower Shoppe was expensive. Over $200 difference in price quotes between them and every other florist I looked at. I used Flowers by Jeff in Newport News (off Jefferson Avenue behind Rec Warehouse). They were fantastic.

    I second Creations from the Heart. They have the best cakes I have ever tasted at a wedding, including mine. If you can find her at a wedding show she'll have many samples. We had a 3 tier cake that served 150 for $450. It was key lime with key lime butter cream and chocolate kahlua caramel with chocolate kahlua caramel butter cream. She'll only use fondant if you ask for it.

    Ohh, thanks for the info on the flowers, I'm going tomorrow morning to see about their prices.  Guess I might have to look somewhere else also if that's the case.

    Charlie Little is doing my cake and the three flavors I tasted of his were all amazing. I forget where exactly he's based but he came to meet us. For flowers I really like My Favorite Things as well as The Flower Cupboard. They're both in Williamsburg though. Not sure if that would be too out of the way for you?
