Vintage brooch bouquets

I'm considering vintage brooch style for my bouquet. Has anyone seen actual bouquets from an online store called Blue Petyl? They look nice on their site, but I'm afraid to buy something online without having seen the or heard from others that they are nice. thx

Re: Vintage brooch bouquets

  • I have seen this gal's work and it is amazing.  She has an amazing eye for creative things.  Her site is http://www.etsy.com/shop/erinschock. You may have to request pricing for the brooch bouquets, but I have seen them and they are beautiful!
  • http://www.etsy.com/shop/girlranawayweddings?ref=seller_info Sorry, she has two acounts apparently.  One for every day and one for weddings.
  • I ordered my brooch bouquet on etsy.com from Noaki Jewelery and I could not be happier with it. She was amazing and always available to answer questions, kept me updated on status of the bouquet, and gave me exactly what I wanted..I am not sure of Blue Petyl, however. I hope someone can give you some insight on it.
  • Brooch bouquets can be super expensive but there's no reason you can't make it yourself. I truly believe that given enough time and good instruction, anyone can make one.

I made a video How-To DIY tutorial that clearly illustrates how you can make your very own brooch bouquet. You'll see options for where and how to attach wire, using flowers for fillers, etc.
You can read through my tutorial here on The Knot or watch the video at www.DomesticatedMe.com.

Also, I'm going to be giving away $200 of brooches. I'm sure that will come very handy!
