    Check the CO Nest Board.  I think there was an ex-knottie who got married last in Denver and had a mariachi band. If you don't get any responses, I'd call authentic Mexican restaurants and ask for suggestions.  Or you can call local university music departments and ask for recommendations.  Good luck!
