so i spoke with karen a few months back and verbally booked her for my wedding - she doesn't require a deposit apparently which is great, but now is making me nervous. everything else we have booked to this point, and i wanted a confirmation email from her so I KNOW that she is set with us - i have emailed her 3x in the past 2 wks and have heard absolutely NOTHING back from her. should i be concerned??

    Do not be concerened call her. She does not do well with email.

    Did you do a trial already?  I booked her about 9 months in advance and then did a trial about a month before.  I knew she would do a great job and wouldn't leave till I was happy, so I wasn't worried.   Remember she doesn't sit at a computer all day, so just call her.

    I wouldn't be concerned.....your confirming for 6 months out.  I know a lot of vendors try to take care of the brides they have soon before responding to the ones in the future.  I know b/c I was obsessed with confirming everything early :)
