Catering recommendations

Hello, I'm new here. My name is Genise. My fiancee and I are getting married 5/22/10. I wanted to know if anyone has recommendations for a good, budget-friendly caterer. My friend suggested Vazma Fiesta. Has anyone heard of them or has attended one of their catered events? Also, if anyone has recommendations for lighting, let me know! Thanks!

    We are using Country Garden Caterers and they are very budget friendly and the food is great. Most of the lighting you can DIY if it is at a certain location and will help you with your budget.

    Our venue only allows one catering company, but I really liked them when we met up. Their prices are reasonable and I looked on their website and wonder if you can get their "business meals" as opposed to their "wedding meals" to save some money. Jay's Catering and the info is on my bio/vendors.
