  My sister got married at the Campbell House B&B (I think that's what it was called). Cute place for a small wedding.

  http://www.romanticrivergardens.com/I went to a wedding there, its just outside of Roseburg, very beautiful! Can't do better than getting married right on the UmpquaAlso, the Umpqua valley has tons of wineries you can get married at. I would check into those, I know its a popular option for outside weddings down there.

  I went to a wedding recently at Sweet Cheeks Winery and the scenery was GORGEOUS.  And food was delicious!

  This is in Junction City, so maybe not quite what you have in mind, but my cousin had her wedding there and it's really affordable!  It's beautiful, too!  And, my favorite feature of any venue, you can use whatever caterer you want.  Wonderful!

  I'm having mine at ShadowHills Country Club... it's very nice & when I booked they were having a special - non members could use it for the same price as members (a 50% savings!!) not sure if that deal is still good, but it's probably worth checking into.

  I just had my outdoor wedding at Dancing Deer Mountain, right in Eugene. I've been to several outside wedding venues over the years and this one takes the cake. The natural beauty will take your breath away, and you don't have to pay an arm and a leg to experience it. My wedding photos are spectacular, and I know yours will be too
