    There's a place called Salon Evol off of Main Street in Stroudsburg. When I went to prom (years ago haha), I had my hair done there and it came out fantastic. He even put shimmer in my hair for free and I didn't request it either. My sister also goes there religiously. They are really nice people and do a great job. If you look up Salon Evol on google, it'll show you where it is on a map. I hope my post isn't too late! Good luck on finding a place =]
