  hi! sorry for the late response, i'm using SA Budget Bridal, they were at the bridal extravaganza, and of course they're indepently owned, they are based in Shertz, but not too far away. it's owned by two girls named Jennifer and Amanda, and Amanda is pretty much in charge of my flowers, linens, and cake.
