I did it. My something old was a pin of my grandmother's and my something borrowed was a bracelet of my moms. I had to add it to the bouquet because it broke at one point. I vote yay, if it was something like that.
I kind of feel like this is a personal question for you to decide. I have never been at a wedding where I noticed whether or not the bride had anything besides flowers in her bouquet, and I doubt it will affect your guests' experience of the day, unless you blow your entire budget on the crown jewels of some country and then feed them cake and punch.
Ziti, I'm supposed to have a bouquet Bible too, but I'm hoping it doesn't get found by the wedding.I actually love bouquet jewelry, and pretty wraps with a monogram on it.
Depends on what you mean by bouquet jewelry: I hate random pearls and crystals tucked into the flowers but really like it when ladies personalize with a family rosary, memory locket, or a brooch pinned to the ribbon.I'm planning on attaching my grandmother's brooch to my ribbon as my something borrowed. It's pretty, but also important to me because her health is too poor for her to attend.
