Stony Hill Inn as a venue?

Any one use the Stony Hill Inn in Hackensack for their venue? How is the food? Likes/Dislikes? Thanks so much! We are narrowing it down and you guys have been a big help. :)

    I am pretty sure Knottie Diorandkisses is getting married there. She isnt always on, but you could try paging her.

    I am getting married there Nov 5, 2010, what are the other places you are trying to decide with? I had my sister's bridal shower there and that was the first place I went to when looking for a reception hall. I went to other places as well but I really fell in love with the Stony Hill Inn, have you spoken to anyone there yet to help you, Bob is doing my wedding.

    So far I really like the Grain House Restaurant at the Olde Mill Inn, Mayfair Farms and Stony Hill Inn. I'm going to tastings at the first and the last to see if the food is what makes up my mind for me. I met with Joan, I really liked her.

    Hi! I'm getting married there July 10.  I went for a tasting and that sealed the deal for me.  I'm working with Bob, and I couldn't be happier with him.  Let me know if you have any venue specific questions.  :)

    DiorAndKisses- I am getting marrried there also and I am going through Bob..he is great. Who are you using for Photographer, Dj , videographer, florist...I have no idea who to use. Also are you going to get chair covers for the ballroom??

    Hi Connor, I don't know about the photographer, florist, or videographer yet.  I'm definitely not using chair covers.  It's a matter of personal style, but I'm just not into them.My dj is Mr. G DJ.  DJ company with an emcee, a dj stationed at the equipment at all times, lights if you want them (but they won't push them on you if you don't), and two singers...a man and a woman.  Vocals in Italian, English, and they can do Spanish as well.  FI and I are both Italian, so I think it'll be perfect.
