ugh..help!

I don't know what happened but I used to put my pic into tiny pic and then use it in my siggy.
Well one day it just stopped working and I haven't been able to do it sense. Has this happened to any one else and does somebody know what I can do to fix it?

( I also have NO idea how to do a sig unless I use tiny pic)

    Jess, I hope this works.  Just take out the * that I put in there and if you need to resize put in a # where there's a double **
