Hello ladies! Sorry it has taken me so long to post but things have been crazy and there was a lot of last minute things I had to settle before writting my reviews. There were many ups and downs with the days leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day itself. I will give you a "cliffnote" version of some of the things that went wrong. It all started the day of the rehearsal. I was handing out tuxedos to all of the OOT-GM. DH brother from AL got measured wrong and you could fit two of him in his pants. The tuxedo shop didn't have another set of pants in his size. So the entire day was spent trying to track down some pants. Also my DH family thought it would be a good idea to get a hotel about an hour away from the venue and over an hour away from our house. When it came around to rehearsal time I was left without a groom and half of his family. They were all stuck in traffic (they got some cheap hotel off 1-92 somewhere close to poinciana! We went through the entire rehearsal without them. They showed up over an hour late. Then at the rehearsal my mother informed me that all of my family that were coming down from NY were not going to be able to make it due to their car breaking down on the way down to FL. I almost lost it. They were the ONLY family I would have at the wedding. I almost lost it but my amazing DOC kept me sane! I remembered what Alexia told me that morning. She told me that there will be things that would be out of my control and just to let things go and not worry so much. I knew there was nothing I could do about it but keep it together and stay calm. With the rehearsal starting so late we were over an hour late to our rehearsal dinner and by the time John and his side of the family showed up they were 2 hours late because most of them were exhausted, upset and very lost. I did not get to bed till almost 4 am that night. I woke up and decided to not let anything ruin my special day. Things went pretty smooth from then on. My MOH got totally hammered even before she made it down the aisle. She was completely trashed midway between the wedding and she acted like a fool. One of my bridesmaids didnt show up until about 30 min before the wedding and she had to call someone to bring an iron because she didnt take care of her dress and it was all wrinkled. I was livid but never let it bother me. I was so calm that day, I surprised myself! It does all seem like a blurr but looking back it was everything I ever dreamed it would be. When I walked down that aisle the only thing I remember focusing on was my handsome groom. During the ceremony it was as if we were the only people in the entire room. Oh well this may have been a little longer than a clliff note but all in all there were some good and bad but boy was it a beautiful day!My vendor reviews are coming......
