My first choice is booked (Perez Photography) http://perezblog.net/ so I am looking at getting other recommendations to people who may have similar work. I was engaged during New Year's and can't wait to start the planning. My wedding date is 10-10-10

    Yeah, they said they booked the date quite a while back and don't have many dates available in 2010 & their associate photographer was also booked. Looking for high quality work so I don't mind spending a little more on photography and a little less on other stuff.

    I am hoping 10-10-10 isn't booked for a lot of the great vendors. Is anyone else getting married on this day?

    My date is 10/30/10, and I'm using Lynn Michelle. I looked at Perez, and I love their work, but Lynn was the only photographer whose website I spent hours looking at. She was also the only one I met with, and I booked her on the spot.

    Look at Aves Photographic Design. Not well know in Dallas, but have more Fort Worth couples. If you are looking for something that evokes a feeling of that day, you will want to look into them. Photography was my big spurgle and I looked at a lot of photographers. Check out there website.

    Funny because when I was talking to Perez they had said they had just booked your wedding.  I didn't realize this was you.  :D  Supposedly now my date was the only one left in October.  Their work looks great.  Can't wait to see your results.  After emails and talking with my fiance we just decided sixfourteen would be good for us.   I know one thing when making our decision we looked for was a photographer who didn't have a lot of posed looks.  Something with variety.

    Oh no I actually didn't get Perez they we're already booked for my date a while back.   I looked at Six Fourteen per your ladies recommendations and I know its all a matter of preference but I am looking for someone with more experience or work like Perez.    I actually found them before I got engaged and am bummed but www.cpcamera.com looks really good. They are more along the lines of what I had in mind so  Thank you Mariah09202008 for suggesting them.

    Why not broaden your search? I used a wonderful photographer out of Oklahoma, Stephanie J. Riley Photography. She was our photographer for our engagement pictures as well as our wedding pictures and I would highly recommend her to anyone! My husband and I both freeze in front of cameras but Stephanie helped us to feel comfortable and relaxed, and thus was able to capture some amazing and very special moments. Throughout the process, she was very personable, yet professional and a breeze to work with. Her expertise and familiarity with wedding photography allowed our wedding day to flow smoothly and without a hitch. We received our CD within 2 weeks  after the wedding and were truly impressed with the quality of her work.     I am using NINE photography. I love their style and they are artsy and cool people :) They are a married couple and they just ooz love for each other. It made me like them even more. Kelli is really good about emailing back right. I am obsessed w/their blog too lol! Check it out
