Ditto Style Matters. I've been to a few weddings where they were the DJs & they really are great & FUN. Seems like they love their job!

Style Matters was awsome.  We loved Spencer, but I hear great things about the other DJs as well.  Spencer DJ'd not only our wedding, but was hired by our best man to travel to Maddison for his wedding!  :)

I've booked Mark van Deventer at Sounds Abound out of Naperville.  I've seen him at two friends' weddings, and he's a fun DJ but not too overwhelming in that he takes over the reception.  His style and the fact that I've seen him at work before sealed the deal for us.

Hey maryl77 We're date twins! Where are you getting married? I am using Music by Design. They have some great reviews and I have been very impressed with their service and professionalism. I met my DJ at my first meeting with the company and he took me through the on line planning tool they use to plan out the wedding, and I found him to be very personable and professional during our first meeting. He called me to follow up a few days later to answer questions for me. I am using David, but they have a number of DJ's that work directly for the company, they don't contract out DJ's. Good Luck, HTH!

We are using Style Matters, but at this point don't know yet who our DJ will be...  but I hear all of their DJs are fantastic!  I know the promo CD they give to prospective brides and grooms is awesome!!!

a good friend of mine used Windy CIty Mix and we also booked them for our wedding.  They are amazing.  We also checked out the others mentioned above also but the price comparison is huge!  Windy City Mix is giving us an ALL INCLUSIVE package with unlimited hours for only$550 as long as we booked them by the end of the year!  Our meeting was also very impressive, he is very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does.  i would definetly give them a call or check out their website.  Good luck
