Videographer help.

I was initially against getting a videographer for our wedding but after seeing so many awesome ones on here I have changed my mind!! I found one that is in our budget, Castle Video, and I was wondering if anyone has ever worked with her and if so how did you feel about the finished product? Other suggestions are appreciated. We are trying to stay close to $1500. Thanks so much :)

    She gets really good reviews on the boards. I used John Kerfoot at Trifoot Productions who is also within your budget. Check out my teaser video in siggy if you like! Good luck!

    I just booked Shutterspeed Productions today (yay for winning that battle with FI...LOL!).  Her videos look awesome and her price was perfect ($895 for 8 hours).

    We are using Forever Cherished Productions.  They have very reasonable prices.  I think they've gone up about $100 per pkg since we hired them, but they're still under 1500.  I felt very comfortable with them when we met.  They took notes as we talked on our likes/dislikes and had samples of shooting styles and editing techniques.

    I have not received my video yet, but I will tell you that Kristyn may have saved my wedding day!  My photog experience was a true nightmare, but Kristyn kept the day moving and blended with my family and friends like she was one of our own.I booked her after viewing some of her work and only wished I had asked her for photog recs.  I believe that she can work well with most , but obviously has faves that she enjoys to work alongside.  I think that key element will make your photos and video just outstanding!GL!

    I second Forever Cherished Productions! Shelby and Aaron are fantastic!!! We don't have our final video yet but even the teaser was amazing. They also did a photo montage for us that we had playing throughout our reception... loved them.

    We're using Days to Remember Media.... love them! It's a husband and wife team so you get 3 cameras at the wedding and 2 at the reception, for $1500

    I say if she's not booked, book her!  We used Kristyn for our wedding in May and got our video a few weeks ago.  We absolutely love it!  She does amazing work for the price!If you want to see a clip let me know.  GL!

    I am using Kristyn at Castle Video..although my wedding isn't until next October so I don't have any first hand experience to share yet. But she gets rave reviews here and the samples I've seen are awesome.

    TTC #1 since 8/2010...2 years, 6 IUI's and 1 m/c later...
    08/2012 IVF #1, 2 5-day blasts transferred 8/19 = BFP! Beta 1 (8/28)=241, Beta 2 (8/30)=457, Beta 3 (9/5)=3,813, u/s 9/13=Twins!, u/s 9/21=Surprise...there's one more! TRIPLETS!

    Hope I'm not too late but SR2 Productions I have heard does great work and thats who we are going with. He is about $700 I think. Info is in my bio!

    We are using Castle too,she seems nice,and she said she will do whatever we want to fit our style.She was the best price for her work

    I just used Shutterspeed productions for my 10/3 wedding and LOVED them! I got them for 10 hours for $1095! I just got my teaser video and I'm in love with it! Turn around time is only about 6-8 weeks too!
