My little sister's four year old Chihuahua, Bambi, is dying.Here is what I know:Sunday - She spent the whole day throwing up and had some bloody poops. This isn't that bad because it happens semi-frequently.Monday - She's still throwing up and hasn't eaten ANYTHING since Saturday evening's dinner. Sister takes pup to the vet. They say it looks like she has a virus, give her meds and send her home.Tuesday - She isn't any better. Sister takes her to the vet and leaves her ALL day hooked up to IVs. Tuesday around 4, she isn't any better so they take some x-rays and do blood work. There is a "foreign body" in her stomach or lower intestines and her blood proteins are VERY low.Wednesday (TODAY!) - Back to the vet in the morning and they do more blood work and confirm the x-rays. Proteins are lower and the foreign body hasn't moved.Bambi is currently a TERRIBLE candidate for surgery since she's so weak and her proteins are so low (blood is liquidy and she won't heal properly).We are devastated. They pumped her back up with pain killers and let my sister bring her home as there is nothing more they can do.We're praying for a miracle. I was at a Church jobsite meeting on a Church we're building in Port St. Lucie. I brought home some Holy Water and was sprinkling it on her and she drank some. We let her because it was the FIRST thing she wanted to drink since Sunday. And my sister even brought her ice cream and soup and real yummy foods.PLEASE pray for her to not suffer. Whatever God's will may be, we just don't want Bambi hurting.
