No matter what your sister really needs to get to an attorney asap if there is the possiblity of judgment being entered against her.

    Thank you so much.  I got boggeg down with some work for a few minites and didnt ee your reply, but thank you.  My sister is a lost soul. So smart, graduated college with a nutrition degree and waits tables because she cant make enough  money or find a half decent nutritiion position.  Breaks my heart. I think she is just in denial about the whole thing. Hece why I have now started daily stalkings about getting her butt in gear.
