Check with the MSU school of music, they have a link on their website for students that are available for hire.  They are talented and tend to be less expensive.  Good luck.

We used Great Lakes Chamber Players. The coordinator, Jamie, is a music professor in Mt. Pleasant, many of the musicians are from Lansing. They can provide any assortment of ensemble or soloists you want. We used their string trio for both outdoor ceremony and reception lunch. They were professional, competitively priced, easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any event where you want live music.
