Congrats on booking Minerals...the place is gorgeous! We love Crystal Springs but want a few more things added to their package so I was wondering if you wouldn't mind giving me a few tips because they don't seem so open to negotiation even though we are compromising on a Friday instead of Saturday. Thanks for any help!(I apologize in advance if this isn't the proper way to post)

    I'm new at this posting thing too, but I think you've got it down. :)Basically we took their standard gold package and made them an offer to took out a cold station, added a hot one and added 2 additonal butler appys.  We also added the international coffee bar and chocolate fountain.We asked for it at like $115, and they were like, well we'll give it to you for $124pp which is what the gold package base price was.Through the negotiation we delt with the coordinator Danielle, who I love btw, and she gave our request to the contracts people and gave us the info.  I think Danielle works with Grand Cascades Lodge too.  We weren't fans of the other coordinator for the other CS locations.Hope that helps!

    Thanks so much! All of that for only $9 more is a great deal!  Unfortunately, we are probably dealing with the person at CS you weren't a fan of and I can see why! We asked to substitute a cold for a hot station from the gold package too and she said no!  Maybe I'll try again--I guess it can't hurt to ask... Thanks again!
