Printer recommendations??

For those of you pretty little ladies that printed your own invites, did you print yourself or take them to a print shop? and if you did print at home, what kind of printer do you recommend? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you =]

    I have a professional printer from my undergrad in design. It works great, but is sometimes fussy (it has a mind of its own) Its a little pricier in ink prices since you have to buy 6 cartridges around $20 each. But its worth it, prints amazing! Epson Stylus Photo 1400

    I have the Epson artisan 800, i didnt go my invited, but did programs, etc, its great
