Does the cost of the food at Urban BBQ include servers, flatware, etc.  If not how are you handling the China, flatware, linens etc are you renting or buying & what are you doing for servers?TIA

    The cost only includes the food. Since Urban BBQ is just a restaurant and not a catering company, I just chose the amount of food I wanted from their general catering list. My reception venue is providing china, flatware, linens, and everything. Urban BBQ does have the option to buy package meals that come with all the plates, silverware, and napkins, but I'm pretty sure that they are disposable. They also sell chafers.
