    It's delicious - my new MIL makes it.  I think she just uses canned french-cut green beans with a can of chiles in adobo sauce.  I can't remember the brand, but it's a small can you can find in the aisle with salsa, jalapenos and green chiles.  Chop the chiles, mix into the green beans and bake.
