  I would suggest you check to make sure you can have another company come in and do the linens; my vendor does not allow this - I have to get mine from them.

  BB Chair Covers, they do chairs and table lines. They were recommended by our venue. The are on Milwaukee Ave in Chicago, but my venue is in West Chicago. I guess they don't mind the travels. 312/593-7225

  I bought mine from linentablecloth.com and they were cheaper than renting them for the same quality.  I also resold them after the wedding.
