So, I am your new host of Frisky Friday.  This should be interesting.  :) 

I didn't go back through and read all of the posts, so forgive me if this a topic already done.  I'll try to be more creative going forward.

So, today's frisky friday question...

Many of us are having bachelorette parties.  I'm sure there will be embarrasing penis shaped cakes, pin the paper dildo on the hunk, etc.  But, is anyone secretly hoping that a friend will buy you a "gag gift" that you will use and actually already want, but you might be too shy/embarrased to buy yourself?

    Hehe.  Welcome back Frisky Friday!  To answer the question, not really.  I'm not into experimenting with toys or anything like that.  Mostly I'm hoping for some sexy lingerie and panties.  :)

    I'm not having a bachelorette party, at least I don't think I am. I am actually a bit relieved since I hate being the center of attention or being put on display. I think I am going to a nice dinner with my mom and MoH two nights before the wedding and having a girls night. 

    As for your question, I wouldn't really need anyone to buy me a gag gift. We have some toys and I'd buy new ones if we wanted them. I'd be mortified if someone bought be lingerie but only because then they'd have to guess my size!

    We do lingerie gifts for bachelorette parties- we actually put our sizes right on the invites!

    However, I would love some toys.  Nothing I'm too embarrassed to buy myself, just things that are a bit expensive and therefore not something I can afford right now.  There a few at the top of mine & Fi's list right now that would be awesome to get as a gift haha.

    I have little to no shame.  I was that girl who bought pregnancy tests, tampons, condoms, you name it for my friends since High School, and have been known to have some great comebacks ready if anyone gets snarky/juvenille.

    That being said, I just want my girls to come hang out.  That's it.  Just go, hang out and have fun.

    (For those ladies who are embarassed- I highly suggest trying out a store that caters to a largely female clientele (in my experience stores that cater primarily to lgbtq partners have AWESOMELY knowledgable staff!!) and then there's always the internet.  Shipped to your door in anonymous boxes.

    I don't know if I'm having a bachelorette... no one has said anything to me at least. I'd like one (and my MOH and SIL know that) but I don't want it to be centered around drinking because I am not a good hungover person, haha. I just want to hang out and have fun with everyone! 

    As far as gifts, I already got several pieces of lingerie at my shower. I'm not embarassed of anything so if I want/ need something I go buy it :)

    My bachlorette will be us all going to eat sushi downtown and going for drinks and dancing. I'll be lucky if they all can just afford to come eat/drink so I'm not expecting gifts! If they did, however, get me something like that I would be fine. My MOH actually gave me a "naughty" set for my birthday a few years ago and FI have had fun with the fuzzy handcuffs ;) lol

    i guess I'm not having a B party, since MOH said it would be in June and then nothing happened, but I know for sure my girls would either be too immature to buy something, or immature enough to buy something realllllly embarrassing. Honestly the best gift of this nature i could use right now is a book. Every once in a while I read cosmo or find something online that I wanna try and when I do, FI goes crazy. But having a book to try new stuff on a regular basis would be nice.
