Thanks for the rec! We are re-instating operation "always bring our own lunch to work" because there has been a little too much eating out lately, and those would certainly help. P.S. lol @ sauce bread.

I hate cooking on fridays, maybe the grocery store across from my house wont suck today and they will have this, I wouldnt mind something easy and not awful for me to eat for dinner tonight.

It has 5 grams of fat, whole wheat bread, and 220 cals for 1/3 a pizza. I ate half the pizza which still was not bad.

Ive been under on my fat and carb grams recently, so i could do to eat more tonight. I am heading to the gym now so I can afford to eat this pizza. 220cal is so low for that much pizza!

Eggplant, Curry Kale, Red peppers, caramelized onions. They also make other pizzas. I have not tried them.

Generally I find Kashi frozen meals to be pretty decent tasting. They also tend to have a much lower sodium content than the Lean Cuisines and Smart Ones. At least the ones that I've tried.

Kashi is pretty healthy. In fact, one of the girls in my program wants to work for them as a consultant after graduation. Their cookies and cereals are delish too.

I haven't tried their cereal, because I'm not a huge cereal person in general. Plus I can't have calcium with breakfast because of a med I'm on, so that rules out cereal :)But I really like their GoLean waffles. The strawberry flax ones are my favorite.

I've tried the kashi cheese pizza before and it was like eating cardboard. I don't think I'm up for trying another one.
