What are you serving at your reception?Apps = Crostinis & stuffed mushrooms Buffet = Salad, grilled skirt steak, sage infused chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, veggies, breadWe're also providing wine and beer, and maybe champagne.

  • We haven't decided on apps yet.We're having a BBQ Buffet- Pulled pork- Beef brisket- Chicken- Baked potatoes- Corn on the cob- Some other side that we haven't decided on yet- Bread and butter
  • Too soon to tell... probably a steak option and a chicken or fish option.  We'll figure it out after the new year.We will have a full bar though.
  • Menu in bio - we had 4 stations.  I forget what our CH food was...bacon wrapped scallops, salad spoons, mini angus burgers, veg potstickers, and 2 other things I can't remember.  And fruits and veggies.  Oh, and the app was a LI stuffed clam.Full open bar.

  • Apps = Hand passed bacon wrapped scallops and chicken quesadillas. Also bruchetta/fruit/veggie/cheese tray. Choice of: Chicken Wellington, Filet Mignon, Grilled Swordfish with Pico de Gallo; all with sides of carrots and red smashed potatoes. Also vegetarian (can't remember what) and kids options (chicken fingers). Dessert is wedding cake - chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar later. Noms, now I'm hungry.

  • Man, y'all are making me hungry! At least I get off work soon and can go home and eat. We had raspberry chicken breast with herb roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables. It was so good that one of our guests caught a picture that cracks me up to this day. DH is leaning over in it, and you can totally tell he's asking if I'm going to finish my plate by the look on my face. Oh yeah, we had an open bar too.
  • Pork tenderloin and some sort of chicken that I can't remember the name. Mashed potato bar. Two types of salads, FI wanted ceasar and my pick is a spinach/toasted almonds/apple with raspberry vinaigrette. Rolls with regular and strawberry butter. Deviled eggs. That might be it. I can't remember, it's been so long since we picked out our menu, since the wedding was supposed to be 10/24 everything was picked and I'm not changing anything.

  • Rosemary chicken w/marsala caramelized onion sauce, Yukon gold mashed potatoes with roasted garlic, poached green beans w/almonds. OR Black peppercorn crusted beef roast w/shiitake mushroom cabernet sauce, rosemary roasted baby red potatoes, and grilled baby carrots. Late night snacks are mini burgers with white cheddar cheese and zucchini fries w/sweet onion bearnaise. We also have a kid's meal (chicken fingers, fries and fruit salad) and an Indian vegetarian entree.

  • Oh yeah, and we're having a full open bar, and our cake is actually cupcakes. The offerings are Bailey's Irish Cream, Almond Praline and Chocolate Buttercream.

  • Apps: Chicken Satay, World Cheeses and Crackers, Shrimp CocktailBuffet: Melon Salad, Roasted Potatoes, Colorado Beef, Colorado Trout, Pasta Station, and some other stuff cannot remember. Desert: Chocolate Fountain with of course the cake.

  • We don't have a full menu yet but I know we're doing yalanchi and cheese borag for appetizers, along with the standard app. options my venue offers.Beer, wine, champagne and a signature drink for alcohol options. I haven't decided on said sig drink though.
