Help me with this bachelorette party game, please!

I want to give the FI some questions to answer, either about himself or about their relationship. Then during the party, we'll ask her the q's and she'll have to take a shot or do something for each that she gets wrong. I need 10 or so questions.

    What's his middle name? What time was he born? What elementary school did he go to? How much hair is on his chest? Boxers or briefs?The first time he knew she was the one? How raunchy do you want to get?  If you go dirty, you could ask about Fav position?  Manscaping?  secret fantasy?
