    Glad I'm not alone, navy.  DH wanted to set up his cable before he moved down here.  They wanted everything from him and he had to physically go in and show them his license.  When he was chatting with online support, they asked for his SSN and he joked about the lady stealing his identity.  Her response:  "i would never do that, sir."

    When we use our house phone, it disables the entire modem, so we lose both phone and internet for a few minutes.  It used to happen once per convo and then be fine.  Lately it's been happening like 5 times.  DH called and they were like "we can schedule someone to come out and look at it."  Fuuck no.  I am not taking off work for this shiit.I hate them with a firey passion.

    Yea, my internet likes to cut in and out for a good 10 minutes at least once per day.  And it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting my AIM, so if it does it enough, it locks me out for 10 minutes.

    I hate comcast and I don't even have them...our upstairs neighbors have them and when they got some work done their technician cut our lines. Just effing cut them.
