I need to isolate part of a picture and then insert it onto another picture. I used to be able to do this in my sleep using Photoshop but can't for the life of me remember how to do this. Help!!

You can use the extract tool, or create layer masks if you know what you're doing but if you're pretty basic, just go with the lasso tool and then c&p into another document.
