Destination Wedding - Panama

Hey knotties! I need help! My fiance and I want to have a destination wedding but we have no idea where to start on how to start. We found the location but we don't know what to do next...what do we have to apply for, where do we do this? I'm so clueless!! Help!!

By the way I have a friend who got married in the bahamas and there were so many things to do to make the marriage legal that they jop'd it two days before they left, went down there had a real ceremony and came home and had an AHR.
