Hello LadiesSo my FI is the biggest Washington CAPS fan you'll ever meet. I want to get a Washington Caps garter for him to throw (my grandmas is my to keep one...) but i cant find one anywhere! I have looked on ebay (some woman wanted $60!!no way when its plain white with a tiny caps sign on it..) and on Etsy, no one is responding to me! so any help would be wonderful! thanks ladies!! jenn_coyle@hotmail.com
