NJ vs. PA florist

Hi all,  I have a question about florists.  We are having our wedding in Philadelphia, but I noticed that when I get quotes for other things (ie, dress, limos, etc.), in NJ there is no tax, just gratuity.  Does anyone know if this is the same with NJ florists vs. PA florists?  And if so, can anyone recommend an NJ florist?  Thanks!

There is definitely tax in NJ.  I'm not sure why you aren't getting quotes with tax.  It would be that they are already factoring it into the price.

yea...def tax in NJ...it's actually something new for services like this, I believe.  At least that's what my dad said and hes a tax person, so I trust  him haha

If you want NO tax, check out delaware.  i loved no tax when i went to school down there!

The only time I experience no tax in NJ was on bridal dress. NJ definitely has no tax on bridal dress but PA does. What limo company did you get a quote from that had no tax? (i want to go to them too...)

If you're willing to drive to meet the florist, try Belak Flowers in Wilmington, DE.  Like pp mentioned, there is no tax, but besides that the florist is very easy to work with, fair with pricing, and is willing to travel to deliver the flowers.  I'm using them (I live in DE) and they are driving to Voorhees NJ for the wedding.
