Is this common now? I was going to get my bridesmaids flip flops but how much is a flip flop basket normally? and How many of each sizes do you get? Just girls?
I think its becoming more common, but by no means is mandatory! The last two weddings I attended had them and it was so awesome because my feet were hurting from my heels, and I didn't want to go barefoot. I swore I would do the same for my guests! I just think it is a cute idea I am inviting 150 or so guests and I think I am going to order 45. I went through the guest list and counted how many girls I could see taking off their heels and throwing on a pair of flip flops. I counted about 40, then added an extra 5 just in case. I am ordering sizes 6-10, but the majority will be sizes 7 and 8.
Do you think it makes most sense to get them in the wedding colors, or more neutrals that might match more outfits (white, brown, black)? I am having navy bridesmaids dresses with blue/purple/green flowers, so I'm trying to decide what and how many diff color options to use for the fip flops.
I printed the numbers and text that days "dance the night away" around each number onto cardstock & used a circle paper punch to cut them out. I used my ATG tape gun to attach the two circles and a small hole punch to make a hole for the ribbon. Email me at bostonbride919@gmail.com if you would like help!
