Sorry, it'll be a post and sleep since I took my allergy meds already.
I've got the mid-section weight blues. Anyone else? Since menopause, I just can't shake it loose. I've also got some undiagnosed auto-immune thang going as well as Type II diabetes and all this and the meno hit me at once almost 3 years ago.
I'm going to cut out sugar as much as I can and get more protein in my diet. Hopefully that's going to help and it probably will, but maybe not in the mid-section.
Ideas?
