  I hired Vivian Colls, she is doing an amazing set up for our cocktail and reception for $850 (its all I set aside for flowers- granted I am suppling her with some cylinders and all the candles...) but she definetly works with your budget... if you call her let her know you are a knottie.

  I second Gil, he's not my florist but I met with him and he was great 786-295-7535 My florist is Jorge Nevot and he was the most affordable out of all the florists I met with, maybe you can give it a shot...305-266-2024GL!

  I Do Weddings and Flowers in Delray. Their site is not the most up-to-date, but the florist, Jolie, is great and will definitely work within your budget.Your other option would be to get the tropical bouquets from sams club and DIYhttp://www.samsclub.com/shopping/navigate.do?dest=5&item=421091&pCatg=13196

  Check out Flowers By Luenzo, Landy's Flowers, Terra Flowers, Roman Cusco... all should be budget friendly.
