where to buy jewelry

Anyone have any good suggestions for buying jewelry for the wedding? I'm looking for something not too expensive but also don't want to go to a place like Claire's -- more like a boutique-y places that has something a little more unique. I'm looking for earrings for me and necklaces for the girls.

If anyone has any suggestions of their favorite places to buy jewelry, that'd be great! I'm in the Portland-Freeport area.

Have you tried Esty.com? I know it's kind of hit or miss with prices but some of the stuff on there is really pretty.

I hadn't thought of Macy's...good idea! Just bought earrings for my mom there and she loves them.

I have looked at Etsy, but I had a hard time finding stuff I liked out of all those vendors. But I love the links, lashley! One of the vendors had some really cute necklaces I might get for the girls.

Love your link too, MegnDev! I need some blingy earrings for me, so those would fit the bill. I'll have to take another look at your photos.

I find I'm hard at visualizing things without seeing them in person, though, but maybe I will get up the guts to buy something online

I'm also going to a lia sophia party my FSIL is hosting...I don't know anything about their jewelry but maybe it's good!

This may be too late, but I bought my jewelry from http://moniquesboutique.us/Necklaces.html. I checked out her website. I was able to have her make something especially for me. Her prices are very reasonable, great quality and was prompt on her delivery. I was very very happy with the necklaces and earrings she made for my bridesmaids and myself. She can make other designs that what is displayed on her website. Definately worth a visit.
