I am getting ready to place my deposit for the The Crystal Room in the old san francisco steakhouse and was just wondering if anyone had any comments on their staff, quality, and how much they liked/disliked them??? I am in love with the place just wondering if there are any opinions?? also, i was wondering if anyone had any input on photographers....right now im looking to meet with caitlin's creations and sweetcarolinephoto.com and was wondering any feedback from either of these or any other decently priced good photographer??

    The Crystal room was my second choice.  If it wasn't for price and their bar I would have gone there for sure.  The food is really good (DH's x-mas party was there last year) and the location is really nice.Caitlin was my photographer and she is awesome!  Lots of the knotties on this board have used her and loved her.  She is fantastic and very very reasonable.  I highly recommend her.Good luck and happy planning!

    Monica08 (the board moderator) actually used the Crystal Room for her wedding. You might want to contact her about it.~Julie

    I LOVE Caitlin's work! I have hired her for my wedding. She just did my bridal portraits; you can see my pics on her blog (blog.ccportraitdesign.com) it's the one that says Protected: Elizabeth Bridals, the password is ENbride031310. She did an awesome job on the bridal portraits; she really knows how to compose awesome pics! And her prices are extremely reasonable for how great she is. And her albums are really neat too. I had always said I would never pay for one of those albums, but after I saw several she created, I HAD to have one!!

    Yes, Monica08 did hers there and I'm pretty sure I remember her liking them. Her reception was gorgeous! Also, I highly recommend Caitlin's Creations...she was the most reasonably priced photographer and she doesn't force you into some stupid package deal like other photographers--she will do stuff a la carte. I think once you meet with her you will be sold on her, she's very sweet and also professional.

    thanks everyone!!! i have tried emailing monica but no luck i guess i will post on here and hopefully she will respond!!! and as for photographers i have set up a meeting for next week with caitlin and then i am also going to set one up with this company called oldworldstudios.net to see both and which is the better deal!!! thanks!!
