Do you still have to invite your BMs significant other if you don't like them? Do you have to ask all of your future BIL/SILs to be in your WP? What should I include in my BM newsletter?

Do I have to seat bridal party S/Os at the head table? Also a generic list of reasons why it IS acceptable to kick out a BM/GM (cheating, etc.), with a firm statement that nothing else is acceptable.
