    I hate any sort of exercise...which was unfortunate, cause I didn't lose any weight for the wedding.

    Yeah, I have a tv on a stand next to the machine, so at least I got to watch the first half of GLEE while I was walking. I really need to lose 20lbs before the summer/wedding.

    I agree it is horrible. It's weird, but I get through my run easier when the food network is on.

    Wasn't there a club song that said "I hate the treadmill everyday?" What about reading a book? Or doing a little set, like run one song, walk one, etc. I can't say I share your hatred. I love running and when I do it outside it hurts my shins.

    Ugh... I'm with you.  I just ran for the first time in like 4 months, at a new gym with different equipment.  There were tvs on some treadmills, but only 5 channels and no closed-captioning.  I needed about 15 times more entertainment stimulation than I was getting -- I felt like I was there forever :(

    The treadmill and I don't get along at all. I get so bored! Running at a high school track or outside is easier for me, but I have bot done that in a long time! Michelle, when you get closer it will click. It did for me about 2-3 months before. You have the fight in you, just remember that! Eye of the tiger, baby! Lol!
