Venue Visits today- Long Beach

Me and my guy are headed to visit Skylink Golf Course and The Reef this morning. Any suggestions or details you know about the places that I may want to bring up? Any one in particular that was nice to work with? Just checking in!

    I didn't check out either of those places, but here's a partial list of questions that I asked the venues I went to:

    1. How many people can the area comfortably accommodate? 

    2. Is there a dance floor? Y/N
    a. How big is the dance floor? _________x_________

    3. Are tables, chairs, dinnerware, silverware, and linens included in the price? Y/N
    $____________________
    a. Can we upgrade and what are those costs? Y/N

    4. How many hours is the site available? 

    5. Can we book additional time? Y/N
    a. If so, at what cost? $______________
    b. Are there overtime charges? Y/N

    6. Do you have a bride’s room or a changing room? Y/N

    7. Can you accommodate special menu requests such as vegan or kosher meals? Y/N

    8. Will there be a coatroom or restroom attendants? Y/N

    9. Do we need to hire security? Y/N
    a. Is it included in the price? Y/N
    b. If not, what is the cost? $___________________

    10. Will the location manager be able to assist us with creating a floor plan and décor? Y/N

    I have heard good things about the Reef....right on the water with great nightime views, perfect location, very romantic!
