Thin Down Thursday!

Anyone made any good progress this week? I moved out all the stuff I had put in my gym when we were redecorating the guest room so that is a step in the right direction! I want to do something to shake up my routine a little as far as exersize goes does anyone have any good ideas?

    I have now committed to walking 3 miles three times a week...I've already done it twice...the goal is to keep myself at a 15 min. mile...So far I've been doing good :) Next walk is Friday....

    I haven't been into the gym as much in the past month or so because I've let my work get a bit out of hand, but I'm still 2 sizes smaller than I was in July! Now I just need to get my a$$ in gear and get my arms a little more muscular. Getting there!

    I started a new eating plan, so I'm low-carbing it and no sugar for 8 weeks. Then, I will slowly add good carbs back in. As far as exercise, I really like the 30 day shred. I also try and do treadmill twice a week and go 3 miles like banana.

    Oh I love the 30 day shred! That and some of the BL ones are really awesome!

    I know-I love Jillian! One day, I'll make it past level 2 on the shred. I can't believe how intense it is

    I bought 30 Day Shred and I watched part of it, and it didn't look too bad. But everyone keeps saying ow intense it is, so I've been putting off starting it.  Is it really bad???

    Can anyone catch me up on Thin Down Thursdays? I'm trying to move 13 lbs by January 15. About a month ago, I rekindled my love affair with the gym. I've incorporated morning jump roping  sessions into my routine during the past couple of weeks (with a speed rope, not leather--too heavy). I'm weight training with lighter weights now in hopes to tone/sculpt, too.

    So, I brought a ham sandwich to lunch. Then went to McDonalds and bought large fries and, not 1 but 2 apple pies! Yeah... Thin down nothin! >:( I just have NO motivation right now. I've been reading this knottie's weight loss blog for inspiration.  Lets see (hope!) if something clicks soon...

    Oh Lolo, you're funny.  I stopped going A WHILE ago.  I just didn't have the time/energy anymore. I'm glad my condo is on the 2nd floor.  Right now, that's all the excercise I'm getting. Robert and I will be in the car a lot this weekend (drive to an from Miami) so we're going to write down a plan and a schedule and try to follow it as best we can.
