Pinstripes in Northbrook/South Barrington?

Has anyone had an experience with Pinstripes?  We're considering having our ceremony and reception there, and while I have their events brochure and like what I see so far, we're interested in getting some more details - not only on pricing (minimums), but also on how everything "works".  I'd love to hear any feedback you may have!

    Have you been there yet?  It's so new that I don't know if anyone on here has had an event there yet, so I just wanted to refer you to tripadvisor.com.  I posted a review about Pinstripes on there.

    My sister is thinking about having their reception there. I think the minimum is 10K before tip and tax

    We have an appointment for Saturday evening.  Looks like their minimum is 7k on a Friday night (when we're looking to have our wedding) and, as mentioned, 10k on a Saturday.  I'll let you guys know how the appointment goes!

    i'm bitter against Pinstripes, personally, but it's only because i worked there for about 2 weeks and they were very unpleasant to me. And they didnt believe that my grandfather passed away (which he did and was VERY hard for me), and they called/texted me 8 times while i was away for his funeral.But the place itself is O.K. for a reception i.m.o. - not very private.

    Carol I'm wondering how your planning is going w/ Pinstripes? I just found them and am thinking about them for a wedding next November. Is everything going well? Have you done a tasting yet?
    thanks for any help you can provide, I'm against a deadline w/ another place I have a hold on for ONE more week and I just found Pinstripes!
