    I didn't have a good experience with them (review below) but I know some gals have loved them.My suggestion, if you book them, is to make sure the correct instructions are conveyed to the driver on the day of.  Despite our DOC calling multiple times to confirm and the services being contracted, our driver still didn't understand (or care about) what he was supposed to be doing.

    My husband actually took care of this vendor, so I didn't interact with them that much but, they did a great job for my wedding. We had 2 shuttles for our guests as well as one limo for us. They all made multiple trips to/from the hotel (reception location) and ceremony venue. Transportation was the thing I was most worried about. It had the biggest potential for problems because our hotel/reception was 6 miles away from our ceremony location. But it went more smoothly than I could ever have imagined. Our day-of timeline was actually a nightmare that I just couldn't work out until we booked them. The lady there knew exactly how to handle it and basically helped us finalize everything. We even found out last minute about a new rule they made for a repaved road leading to our ceremony location. At the very last minute I had to obtain permits for them to drive the shuttles and limo on the road. I was nervous about this, but we faxed it over and everything was good. So I'd recommend them. We never faxed our directions to them. Also, our wedding was in the city. Not sure if that has any impact.

    I just realized that might not be clear on the permit issue that came up -- they were required by our ceremony venue because they had just repaved the road with these special pavers. So they now require all traffic driving on the road to have permits. We found out the week of and informed the transport company two-three days before the wedding. They had no problems with this.
