Centerpiece help

Which way should I have the feathers..

1.inside of the cylinder

2.outside

keep in mind there will be water and a floating candle. If I go the outside route Ill be cutting the fringes down more so the flame from the candle dont catch.

My only thing is how does the feathers look wet, considering you have to submerge them in water they may not look cute and yea outside we dont want them to catch fire

Unless you leave them long in the inside and place the tealight candles around in another container floating

  • I just put the water in and I dont like it..it takes the vibrantness away from the colors in the feather. I guess Ill stick to the outside.
  • I like it on the outside...
  • can you stick them inside the water and instead of doing candles do a submersable lights in purple/clear etc... ?????

and then maybe if you do submersable lights you could play with the feathers and maybe put them in the middle of the water. but i dont know if they'd still have that "feathery" effect/movement. I dont know what they look like wet.
