Bridesmaid Bouquets-Personal Touch

I want to add some kind of personal touch to the bridesmaids bouquets. I was thinking a rhinestone brooch with their initial or their birthstone somehow attached to the stem wraps would be neat. Any suggestions or ideas on where to get something like this for cheap? I have 8 bridesmaids so it adds up quick.

    You should check out jewelry counters at department stores, like penny's and kohls - seems like I've seen sections of birthstone jewelry, and there should be a lot of it around for the holidays. I think something with their initial would be nice, though, and then you wouldn't have the issue of all different colors that clash with each other, their dresses...
