Need help finding alterations!

I got my dress at a boutique but had a HORRIBLE experience with them, they tried to order the wrong sized dress and I had to call 3 times for them to call the designer and change the size eventhough we were supposed to wait 2 more months to order. Anyway, I want to find someone to do alterations in the Virginia Beach area I want someone who can put a lace into the back of my dress, I know it will be difficult so I need someone who is really skilled...

    I had my own dress and several other bridesmaid dresses, jackets and regular clothes altered by Zeny at Top Cleaners on Kempsville Rd.  (in Chesapeake).  She has done a wonderful job with everything and is very affordable. I was actually shocked at how little she charged me to alter my own wedding dress. 
    I'm sure she would be able to easily accomplish the adding of lace to your dress!

    Thank you so much, she is very close to us too.
    I was starting to get worried becuase the three places I called didn't even know what a lace up back was...!!! Definately not used to wedding dresses!!!
