  The Shoppe!  They are on E. Colfax and Race, I think.  they have the moistest cupcakes I've ever consumed.  They also have really good flavors.  My fave is the lemon blueberry cupcake---Lemon cake topped with lemon icing, fresh blueberries and lemon zest.

  The Shoppe... it's where I go to satisfy a craving.  Happy Cakes is good, too, but I think their cupcakes are a little on the cornbread feeling side and the icing can be overly sweet on some flavors.  I like lighter, fluffier stuff

  Lovely Confections is da bomb.  Her ingredients are organic and her cupcakes are delish.

  Lovely Confections - I've tried Happy Cakes, The Shoppe, and Big Fat Cupcake and NONE of them compare to Lovely Confections. All of her ingredients are local and organic. You can't top that.
